ARTIST AGREEMENT | T&C’s

Rights: All images and designs relating to Where The Wildlings Roam, including copyright and ownership rights in which the images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Artist, Portia Graves.

Product: You are buying a bespoke art print design. You, as the purchaser, own exclusive use of this design and can use it for whatever you wish. A digital design is also available upon request.

Creation: For bespoke commissions, once you have paid your deposit and have been given a quote / or paid your fee, you are entitled to three free changes before the completion of the design. Any additional changes will cost £5 each.

High Quality Printing: Vegan inks, sustainable FSC 300 gsm thick paper. Colours may vary depending on the type of screen/printer.

Delivery and Times: Bespoke designs art printed and sent to the address given. You will receive your design within 1 month after the initial deposit is paid. It is the Customers’s responsibility to verify that the designs is ready for printing. If the design is not deemed suitable, they must notify the Artist (Portia) within 5 business days. It is the Artist’s sole obligation will be to edit the design and to resolve the issue. All files will be shared and permanently stored on googledrive for you to access with a link after purchase. If you have difficulty accessing this file, it can be sent via wetransfer direct to your email.

Payment: For bespoke design commissions, once this agreement has been signed and an initial £75 non-refundable deposit has been paid, a remaining sum will need to be paid within 5 business days of design completion. If full payment has not been received, all rights are revoked at Artist’s discretion.
