DELIVERY

UK

UK shipping is FREE. Items are sent out Second Class Royal Mail or via courier depending on the item. Everything will be shipped within 5 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Tracking isn’t sent automatically to every customer, so please contact if you would like to know the status of your order. If you would like your order to be fast tracked please contact us before ordering and we will adjust the postage cost for you. Customised items will take longer, please see item description.

International

International delivery costs £18.00 and is sent via Standard Royal Mail Airmail. This will take approx. 14-28 days to reach you. If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 days please contact us. Please note that International orders may be subject to customs charges out of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you should wish to return or exchange an item please get in touch using the contact page and let us know your name, order number and reason. We always try our best to resolve problems quickly and with minimum hassle. We will happily replace an item or arrange a refund if the item is faulty. The item will need to be returned within 7 days in its original, unworn/unused condition. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings. Please retain your payment confirmation email as this acts as your receipt. Strictly no refunds or returns on customised items unless there is a fault with the item.

PACKAGING

Sustainability is important to us. Your order will arrive carefully wrapped in recycled or up-cycled packaging.
